What are you currently reading? Cold Fire by Dean Koontz. I just love his books. This one falls under the paranormal thriller category. I enjoy how he tells two (or more) different stories, one for each character, and then brings them together for one solid story line.
What did you recently finish reading? I shelved The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People. I read a good chunk, then skimmed through and realized that according the book, I’m already highly effective.
What do you think you’ll read next? I’m still eyeballing my unabridged copy of The Count of Monte Cristo but I also found a book on Wattpad that I want to read. The Ephemeral (Book 1: Breeder) by Erica Gallegos, a 2020 Watty Winner in Fantasy. You can check it out here.

Sweet! Do you have a favorite Koontz book? My mom introduced me to him when I was a tweenager and I loved his story telling from the get go.

ODD THOMAS is hands-down my favorite, although I’m super behind on the series.

I have an ARC of Odd Thomas still in shrink wrap. It’s one of the few that I haven’t read yet.

It’s got great characters and a great twist, which is everything I need, really.

I watched the movie but I’m sure as with all films, it’s not nearly as good as the book. I’ll have to get it on my reading list.
